As first time buyers we had no clue when it came to finding a mortgage. After dealing with a different mortgage advisor who ill advised us, we emailed David after reading his testimonials. We wasn’t expecting a response however he returned to us within 5-10 minutes. The same evening we then had a discussion by phone and David put our mind at ease, assuring us that he will find the right mortgage for us. Within the same week we attended his offices and signed the documents. Our mortgage was then accepted and all was done within 7 days.
