Whilst not strictly in Bristol, at just under 9 miles out of Bristol, we decided to include this Barratt Homes property development. Midsomer Norton is a thriving community that is well connected by public transport and road to both Bristol and Bath and is ideally situated within minutes of the motorway network for commuters to other areas.
The development will include 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes, so really does cater for all family sizes. Perhaps the best thing about this development is that it is newly announced. Work has not yet commenced on the development. Visiting the information pages on the Barratt website shows an artists impression of the development and a chance to register your interest in a home. We’d recommend doing this as soon as possible, demand for properties of this type will be high.

Abode, Bedminster Road, Bristol, BS3 5PE – Redrow Homes

Closer to Bristol for our second property development is Abode, on the Bedminster Road. This property development is close to local amenities and a doctor’s surgery. Not only that, the development includes a good range of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes that will be built to a high specification. These new homes by Redrow promise to achieve an excellent ‘B rating’ for energy efficiency meaning they are 81-90% energy efficient!
There’s a great selection of artists impressions of the this development available to view on the Redrow website. There’s also the opportunity to register your interest and to be kept up to date on progress by providing your email address.

Imperial Park, Wills Way, Bristol, BS13 7TJ – Persimmon Homes

Located close to the centre of Bristol this new development coming in January 2016 has much to offer. It will consist of 2 and 3 bedroom homes that will be closely situated to local amenities including 3 schools, 2 supermarkets and a cinema.
Whilst there are no artists impressions of the development to view on the Persimmon website, it is still worth visiting to register your interest to be kept up to date with this development. The quality of other Persimmon developments in and around Bristol means that you can be confident that these new homes will be of a very high standard.
