As a first time buyer I found that the huge number of mortgages available and the different types on offer were rather daunting. David went through all my details and offered advice on the most suitable mortgages for me. He was always patient if I didn’t understand something and answered all of my questions simply. He offered me more than one choice and I felt I could make an informed decision based on all the information I’d received. My job can make it difficult to find time during the day to discuss all the details required and I obviously didn’t want to rush into such a major decision; David was always available in the evenings and always contacted me as arranged.
I have been very happy with the service I received at Search Mortgage Solutions and I would definitely recommend David as a mortgage adviser to any of my friends thinking of moving house. He was always friendly and polite and never over complicated his explanations, I never felt like he was overselling or pushing me towards something I wasn’t sure of. I have found in the past that some advisers can bamboozle you with jargon and try to make the decision for you without giving you all the information; David was very open and never avoided any of my queries, regardless of how silly they were!
